Elden Ring Nightreign

Think I'll keep an eye on this one and see how it progresses, mainly interested as it's Elden Ring, but not so sure about the co-op part, the game experience can change drastically depending on those you have in your group and if they're up for the challenge or just whitling away an hour or two.

So far it seems like most people try to get things done. it does depend who you match up with, of course, but that adds to the randomness in a good way.
Also, it shows how many people most likely relied on co-op to get them through Elden Ring lol

I've only managed to put about 7hrs in so far due to my busy life at the minute. I've mainly played Iron Eye and only got to the triple wolf boss once - we got him to a quarter health then I got squished, both my team mates tried to rez me and they died too (totally my fault - sorry team ). I've mixed between solo and multiplayer but much prefer multiplayer in this one.

Last night I watched a YouTube clip of Fightincowboy, Peeve and Oroboro doing a successful run - FC was using the Raider class which looked good fun so I might switch it up next time I get chance to have a run.

I could do with some decent relics dropping, most of mine are garbage.

As this can be had on the cheap now , is it worth it ? I believe it's had a few updates. Anyone have it and give some feedback? Can you play as a pair or is it too unbalanced?

I picked it up. In typical Elden Ring fashion, it doesn't explain anything to you, but I'm enjoying the challenge. I'm trying to go in blind, and from what I gather, you spawn with your base set, level up, and try to survive until day 3, when you face the main boss.

You acquire currency which you can spend on attachments, or you are rewarded with them after each run. I picked up a neat sword flame upgrade, but I'm trying to figure out how to unequip the left-hand weapon once I have more than two to trigger secondary weapon abilities.
