Theres quite a few of them, some involving a little bit of hex editing, but I got them all from the mod workshop at twcenter.net. Made quite a difference to the game for me :)

The ones I am running are,

Battlefield Ambience Mod
Turns per Year Mod
Battlefield Sound Mod
Pipmod
Leather UI Mod
Spain Retexture Mod
Battlefield Smoke/Blood Mod
Infua Music Pack
Quixotes Combat Overhaul Mod
Some parts of Waronmars Mods

Also using the mod to allow the debug camera which allows you to go into first person and inside buildings.

Heres a couple of videos of some of the mods.

That smoke mod looks great, turns it into a real battlefield, makes it look so much better.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Gotta love that blood and smoke mod, really adds atmosphere.

What does the battlefield ambience mod do? Can't seem to find that one.
 
Pretty much the same sort of thing, its entirely possible that the blood and smoke one actually negates its effect, but I still have it installed anyway.

I also now have Darthmods new mod which significantly enhances the AI (for those who dont know Darthmod was the guy who produced some truly awesome AI for both Rome Total War and M2TW which was used in many of the top mods for those 2 games).

Installed it, lots better.

Is this compatible with Quixotes Combat Overhaul Mod?
 
I must admit I'm not finding the battles as engaging at Medival II:TW. Might be something to do with my PC moaning through-out them as the graphics card his 110 degree celcius though!

Kainz where's that 8800 you promised me! :P
 
Anyone else getting a lot more crashes with the Darthmod?

Edit: Ahh weird, now the game is running even more smoothly than before I put in the darthmod :confused:

Just been playing this after caving in and buying it today.

I should have waited until they'd finished the game. Or until the talented modders had gotten their teeth into it, at least.

Come back Aussie development team, all is forgiven :(

You dont add to steam you ad it to the programes folder. It will fully play online and steam etc so its not like it chnages anything.

I think the folder is called game data or something like that.
