I haven’t been billed since August because they can’t seem to generate a bill based on my meter readings.
My bulb account is now £305 in credit.

I'm with Bulb too, have had quite a few emails about smart meter installations and was considering it but may wait....
Joined Bulb again in our new house that already has a smart meter. They won’t let me book an install it just says we have a smart meter they are looking at ways to connect to it.
E.ON, £35 per month for gas and electric.
