got in the car to go to a clients site, noticed a rattle, got ready to cry, drove out the car park, rattle got worse, pulled over and saw £2000 flash before my eyes.

looks like i wont be making the RR im afraid

yep he bought that rare, blue, impreza p1 about a week ago...and it's gone kaput

It is common yes, it was major off put for myself when I was looking at P1's as it seems an issue that effects the P1 engine more so than any other Subaru engines and I dunno why.

Seriously gutting for you though Will Gill as this should not have happened with the engine been rebuilt.

My view is the guy selling knew something was about to go and covered it up or the engine rebuilt was not done correctly or the engine was not run-in correctly after been rebuilt.

Hope you get it sorted m8, guess this means we won't be seeing you at the RR.
