England V India ***Clash of the Heavyweights*** Test, T20 and ODI Series

I think that umpire decision only played a small part.

You can't change an umpire's decision but you can at least bloody well bat and see out the overs and not collapse!

India simply aren't good enough to pull out a convincing win over England at the moment.

We were both on 165, how was it not tied?

Pfft, Twenty20. It's practically synonymous with jammy wins. I'm still not sure why you Indians rate it so highly.

Quite - you can pretty much say any close t20 wins, they could swing either way. If the penultimate over had played out like the final over, would it still have been "jammy"?

I'm not sure I can pin point what went wrong today. Stupid batting at certain times, and then bad luck in the last over.

Only those two things really. Despite the fact that 150 was seen as a par score on this pitch, India's batting let them down big time. Sharma, Kohli, Dhoni and Ashwin all should have done better.

I didn't see the Indian innings, but I thought England batted well. I thought Morgan was fantastic, some of his shots were world class and just effortless. I don't think I'll ever be convinced that Bopara is worthy of a place in a starting 11 for England though. Despite his 30+ he never really looked comfortable.

He's become known as Crappy Bopara to me and my mates :p
