Rather then make a thread for it reeeallllyyy early.

Gutted Edgbaston only got Ashes test in 2015 and loses out to Old Trafford in 2013.

Football rivalry aside, and considering distance isn't really an issue (ill travel anywhere for the ashes :p) its just a far inferior ground.
Facilities are worse, but worst of all? the security there are an absolute joke.
Stand up and cheer? don't think about it, health and safety.

Yeah, Bopara now has England's best figures bowling in T20's.
Madness :O

Jokes aside though, he's improved a lot this year with the ball from seeing him in county cricket, and will be invaluable in limited overs on sub continental wickets.

Hmmm. Lot of inexperience in that squad. Still, I believe KP is England's best batsman so good to see him back in the team.
Anderson hasn't been rested, the selectors realised it would be a disaster to pick him! :D

Might as well keep this the thread of the new tour as well :p
