They aren't just losing they are being humiliated. They deserve no respect whatsoever.

Bit difficult to post when you set yourself up for a fall as massive as this :p
 
You'd have to be some killjoy to declare whilst Cook is still in the crease. As someone on the Grauniad's coverage said, the fact that Strauss lets his batsmen get their milestones before declaring must surely be better for team spirit and morale than stopping them short.
 
Agreed, they are scoring too slowly for it to not make sense for Strauss to declare. You want a good few overs at the Indian openers in this light, and with a relatively new ball.
