Walcott is ****. Why they still make the age excuse for him I don't understand. 9 games out of 10 he just won't be good enough.

OK performance, really picked it up in the second half - but it wasn't our 'proper' squad so I'm still happy.
Be interesting to see what happens with Japan and the Chelsea boys are back in.

Well it's all over. Mexico were poor but so were we and the scoreline definitely flattered us. What have we learned? Walcott still has no end product. Carrick and Milner had bad games. So did Gerrard but he'll be in the final squad anyway. Crouch was good, defoe didn't get much service. Lennon made an impression, adam johnson didn't have enough time to impress but I'd like to see him get a better chance to do so on sunday. Overall it was the midfield where we lacked most this game but with lampard coming back that might improve slightly. Gerrard really didn't convince me today though, especially on the left.
Walcott shouldn't even be in the squad, he has pace...that's it. Next we'll be calling up Brett Ormerod.

Thought the team would have been a lot different, seems silly having some of them players in the squad when they cant even get into the pratice starting 11.
