English, CL & Europa League Football [12th - 18th Mar 2010] **spoilers**

Wow what a shock Gerrard gets away with it again. If that had been a United player it would have been a 4 games ban at leats (well unless it was Evra, then it would have been a 5 game ban)

To be fair if it was anyone other than Michael Brown then the FA may have done something ;)

You give it a rest mate, this is just the tip of the iceberg, what about last week? Gerrard giving the ref the 'V sign'? Or Mashcerano earlier in the season?

Liverpool just do what they want and get away with it, same old same old

I've not got anything to give a rest, I'm actually capable of looking at things objectively.

The 'v sign', or the 'two sign'? I'm not sure which Mascherano incident you're referring to, to be honest.

Do you seriously think the FA let Liverpool off everything possible and charge United with everything possible?

Bosingwa karate kicked Benayoun in the back, the lino saw it and awarded Chelsea a free-kick :)

I highlighted the Chelsea game as it was really really bad.

Honestly dont remember that at all, was a big fuss made of it at the time?

Odd I usually remember things like that

Was that the game that Liverpool won with that Alonso goal?

Lino had a reasonable view of it :p

It happens to them too though Tom. The Chelsea game last season. This has nothing to do with Liverpool more so the double standards employed by the F.A. and how they implement their own rules when it suits them.

He speaks the truth.

Inconsistency is the best description of how officiating works, from top to bottom. It doesn't really favour any particular team although Gerrard was an idiot for doing it.

This. Everyone thinks the FA is biased against them because they will naturally notice the poor decisions given against them, but I honestly don't see there being any bias towards a particular team, just generally bad officiating all round.

Teams for the Chelsea Inter game are:

Chelsea: Turnbull, Ivanovic, Alex, Terry, Zhirkov, Ballack, Mikel, Lampard, Anelka, Drogba, Malouda. Subs: Taylor, Carvalho, Joe Cole, Kalou, Sturridge, Belletti, Bruma.

Inter Milan: Julio Cesar, Maicon, Lucio, Samuel, Zanetti, Cambiasso, Sneijder, Motta, Pandev, Eto'o, Milito. Subs: Toldo, Cordoba, Stankovic, Quaresma, Mariga, Materazzi, Santon.

I swear Chelsea get away with more than most, that one was just a joke, I would actually be less appalled if a bribe had changed hands there than if the FA had just decided it wasn't bad!

How much of a whiny little girl is Eto'o? Deary me. He's going to get sent off tonight. Malouda wins the award for gayest haircut of the century. :p
