English & European Football [17th - 22nd Apr 2010] **spoilers**

I wouldn't say every single match in the last few weeks has had terrible refereeing :p

I don't think any technology should be involved in decision making in football, as people know.

What do people think about letting the press at Ref's after games? OR Having a Ref sit down and talk through some decisions?

Would not having them explain themselves not help them improve?

I meant most of the big games, not every single match exactly :p

I don't think technology would do much good either, every single decision would have to be reviewed for it to work effectively really and that just wouldn't work.

Letting the press at them may work, them being "reviewed" by FIFA when they come under scrutiny and yes, them being sat down and asked for reasons as to why they gave a decision as they did, what stopped them seeing it properly etc. (Not that I think this would help a huge amount)

Liverpool are playing the same as on Monday but the big difference is on Monday we played a very poor team but tonight we are playing a much better team n making us look a ****

So did Liverpool still make the trip by train and coach then? There were planes flying over here yesterday afternoon.

They've been there for 36 hours, so I guess so. Back then there was little idea when the flying ban would end, so the decision was made to travel like that.

Not really played well but shouldn't be behind and looked far more dangerous than Atletcio going forward most of the half.

If we step it up a little bit we should still win the tie, providing the officials don't have any more **** ups.

Train to Bordeaux and then flew from there.

He's really not marmite :p He's awful.

I think it's pretty **** that he's given an extra half an hour to drill Skys and his biased views in to our skulls.

Really don't like how Sky handle things to be honest.

Urgh not a fan of 5's coverage.

Where is Aquaman?

According to Wiki, he has made 15 appearances...and i am certain the majority of those have been from coming off the bench. That's from the 5th of August. Seems he got injured a lot at Roma as well.

He's just the perfect employee for Sky.

Always preaches that the Premier League has the best players, ect ect

Can't stand him personally, would love to have a chat with him at the pub though and just argue about the league :p

To be fair Lucas has been playing well - he's played 2 Xabi-esque balls to put in Gerrard and Kuyt.
