Great tackle but couldn't have been more angry at the brain dead Diaby for that, why, because he decided to close someone down in their box, while we were at that moment, down to 10 men and he was the only DM on the field. Utter moron, not only did he burst forward when he shouldn't he made no attempt to get back quickly forcing Fabregas to sprint back and make the tackle.

Just like Song does, doesn't stay back when he should, Diaby's been woeful with posession, passing, running and positioning, almost no closing down from him and he hasn't helped down the left defensively at all.
 
Well as a neutral were the hell are arsenal? I dont think they can come out any worse in the second half tbh, Wasnt for Alumia easily be three goals down.

Feel sorry for fabregas wasnt a yellow but can tell he is not fully fit dont think he will last the full 90mins.

On a side note either all Arsenal players are pretty dam weak or your doctors aint good at their job lol constantly gettin injuries, bad times =/
 
Totally outplayed in the first half...nothing that i didnt expect but unexpecte that we are still 0-0...Nasri has been immense...made a few chances but no one there to take advantage of it.

Fabregas doesnt look his normal self and now is out of the 2nd leg at Barca due to a silly yellow card and honestly i dont know why he was yellow carded...the challenge didnt look too bad...stupid idiotic ref.

Gallas and Arshaving already injured...just ****ing great :(....and we have that numpty Denilson playing which fills me with absolute fear rather than optimism. Bender just makes me laugh....he was offside but missed then missed the rebound lol.

So far a really nice flowing game...surprised that Messi has been pretty quiet....a good thing as keeping him quiet will mean we have a better chance of getting a result out of this....wouldnt be a disaster if we go to the Nou camp 0-0 but i still expect us to be thrashed in the 2nd half...Barca were all over us in the first...something like 12 shots to 1 at one point :eek: lol...thankfully Almunia saved our skins a few times:p.

Hopefully we can sneak a goal in the 2nd half but im not putting any money on us to do so.

Oh and ITV coverage sucks balls tbqh...was really hoping it would have been done by Sky...
 
Barcelona were simply unplayable for the first twenty minutes. Arsenal steadily finding their way into the game though.
 
Well I turned it on after 25 mins and Arsenal have looked the better side!

Must have been some serious first 25 mins judging by all the comments and the the TV commentators. Arsenal could easily have had 2 goals and Barca haven't threatened at all.

One headed goal aside, Messi continues to be poor versus English sides. If he was a Ronaldo or a Rooney, the press would rip into him for that.
Real shame about Cesc. It's almost like its karma after his dive versus MU last year which lead to Fletchers red card :p

LOL we could have been 5-6 down by now if it wasnt for Almunia...its as simple as that...our chances have been nil really if you think about it...havent really had a clear cut chance on goa...Bender was offside then missed the rebound:p....thats just freakin hilarious tbqh.

Barca literally tore us a new one within the first 20 mins...we are lucky, very lucky to be still at 0-0 at halftime.

United supporter here and rooting for Arsenal, feels like I'm watching yesterday's game tbh. Constantly defending and struggling to get it past our half...we were worse yesterday though.
