On the plus side I guess I'll look forward to the Sunderland/Newcastle games.

Can't believe the Sunderland game, never heard nothing like it. 3 penalties, 2 saved, 1 disallowed goal, 1 cleared off the line... Sunderland should have won more like 6 or 7 to Spurs' 1.

Arsenal got lucky :) (But go Arsenal! I'm hoping they win the league)
 
Silvestre was good today, didn't set a foot wrong all day, his crossing wasn't great but there was never anybody in the box to meet them
 
That's why he's 3rd choice left back and 5th choice CB. Does a job when he's needed usually. There's players at every club who aren't as good as the rest but are used sparingly
 
Well what a crap day that was. Chelsea win with another dubious decision - honestly I don't know why i'm surprised. I think given the second half performance we deserved something from that game. But then yet again a team from further down the table holds on against Arsenal and then self destructs at the last minute, again regular as clockwork.

I'm just glad it's only 2 points, sickens me that i'm going to have to cheer on the HoS when Chelsea play them.

Oh I agree, but I didn't think much to buying him in the first place.

So Wenger gets it wrong for resting players then you complain that he doesnt rest players :rolleyes:

As an Arsenal supporter try and just say positive things about Arsenal for the remaining games. I bet you couldnt ;)

And I will only say positive things about troll tummy :D

I think we only got him as cover. I dont think Wenger wanted to get another young gifted player at left back with clichy and gibbs fighting for a place.

So he went for experience...

Fair play to him though he has got a few goals for us but I do cringe every time he takes to the field. Hopefully Wenger has got another CB lined up the same way as he got Verm this season. Especially with the possibility of Gallas leaving in the summer.

A CB and another forward is what we need. I cant see him getting another midfielder with all the players we have there despite some needed experience.
