Yeah that's true, if there's one player on the pitch who can get a flash of genius, it is Torres. But I can't really blame Rafa for taking him off. If he's got Ngog on the bench who is raring to go and Torres is looking rubbish then I guess he's thought the best choice is to go with Ngog.

West Ham with a penalty and misses it lol...what a ****** Mido is...lazy run up or what??....dear oh dear West Ham are going down unless they somehow get an equaliser and a winner.

And why hasnt he been sent off for a start??..surely thats a goal scoring opportunity chance denied so should be auto red??.

Geez these refs are completely and utterly useless.

Tend to agree with the post up above, I dont think the "knock" he has taken was the reason for the sub, I think he took Torres off to keep him "fresh" for the Benfica game.
