UTD need to spend in the summer.

Still playing Neville, Giggs & Scholes they cant cut it now they start well but get worse as season goes on.

Had to consider making subs against Bayern cos they were getting tired, shouldnt have to worry about that at this level.

Ye already have Brown/Rafael/O'Shea for right back and £40m worth of midfielders are out in injured.
 
Brown is rubbish and Rafael I wouldnt want to play in the big CL games etc.. you need experience back there imo

Rafael would be an ideal replacement for a rb I mean you have Evra the other side whos pretty awesome, just seem weaker other side.

Be good for you to get Hargreaves and Anderson back, but 19months out hes going to take some time to come back.

I dont think much of Park either but thats me.
 
Poor from Utd.

Neville doing nothing to suggest he isn't a complete ****ing moron, the rest of the side doing nothing to suggest we're merely a player short of a top class team.
 
Chelsea look fresh and up for the game.

United's problem is the midfield, they're just being dominated. As a result the defenders are hoofing it ala Liverpool up top and nothing is happening.
 
Problem United have is there is nobody to set the tempo or link the play in the final 3rd. Park always seems a yard off the pace of the game and is certainly not someone to play behind the central striker. We would be much better with Giggs there and Nani on the left (If fit)

Summer money off this new Sponsorship needs to be spent on getting someone who can run with the ball and play the little killer passes. Diego from Juve or De Maria from Benfica would do nicely

I think to suggest its just because of Rooney is wrong.

We are not holding and we are not dominating. Our big losses in the last 12-18 months have been down to poor form in midfield.

It is a load of rubbish, you are 100% correct.

Completely the wrong line up to field against Chelsea, who are awesome in midfield, I mean, they are just steamrollering the United midfield who cant compete either with the skill or the physicality of the Chelsea players.
So they resort to hoofing it long, to one player, which never EVER works, for any side, ever, in the history of football.

The game is lost with this line up, in this formation, with these tactics.
He needs to drag any two of Giggs, Neville, Scholes, Berbatov, Park off, and go 4-4-2 either with Park upfront with Berbatov, or Macheda up front with Berbatov, or Giggs up front.
He needs to get some passing going in midfield, because as it stands, if he changes nothing, there is no point in coming out for the second half.
