Maybe, but still quality to get out of been doubled up on then go round another and stand it up like that. It was the quality of the play before and the cross/shot that put the defence in trouble.

From what I saw of the goal it didn't look like Almunia could do that much about it, but maybe I'm wrong.

2-0 Rooney, classic counter attack. Denilson just leaves him. Very similar to the one in the CL last year.
 
That is just class. Nani seems a different player since he has been recalled. He is even making the right decisions and the pass to Rooney was inch perfect.
 
Nani starting to come good with this little run of games.

Manchester united started much the better side, cesc is quiet, arshavin isn't doing anythin other the be greedy. Arsenal have had chances.

Quality goal, reminded me of the champions leauge destruction. Rooney made up some ground then.
 
Wow 2 goals down..cant see Arsenal coming back from this...can see Man Utd scoring another goal if im being honest....we just go to pieces when playing teams like Man Utd and Chelski:(.

Oh well 2nd or 3rd place beckons for us lol.
 
Nani isn't a bad player, he's just not ronaldo.

Haven't understood the hate he's got recently.

Park looks slower then normal, or maybe that's because Arsenal are very pacey.

This is just proof that the side aren't good enough. I said before it was no excuses as this team is pretty much as good as it gets for the Arsenal squad (with the exception of RvP).
 
Arsenal could well have been 2-0 up before the goals if ShavinArs made better decisions in front of goal
 
Nani is immense today...and been giving us problems all day...lets face it Arsenal just arent good enough when playing the top 2 teams...we play and batter other sides but god almighty we suck eggs when playing Man Utd or Chelski...Man Utd isnt even that strong today but yet we are letting them dominate us.

Lets hope 2nd half Arsenal do something because at this rate we are going to be 3 goals down...time for a Wenger dressing down lol.
 
Our finishing still sucks...should have had a few goals looking back on the first half...Arshavin being too greedy has cost us in a way.

Can only hope we get 2 quick goals in the 2nd half then hopefully sneak a 3rd to beat the damn Mancs...
 
Nani's skill for the first goal was sublime, I think the goal came from Almunia being rather incompetent. Never a first choice in any dimension. Should have kept incontinent Lehman tbh.

Second goal was class though, kind of thing we used to see from Henry.
