Meh, pretty even first half, could have gone either way as Arshavin should have scored or passed to Nasri and resulted in a goal either once or twice. Unfortunately it went the other way. Still think Arsenal have a goal or two in them, then again so do Man Utd. Could be an exciting second half, don't think it's done and dusted yet

He has always played better on the right, but he was never going to displace Ronaldo, but given a run, he is miles ahead of Valenica in what he offers.
Wenger is such a frustrating manager. The team is on the brink of winning trophies yet he is so stubborn he won't even consider buying someone he considers to be even a penny "overpriced".
Sometimes you have to pay for quality and experience, which is why Arsenal can't compete in the long run with Chelsea or Man Utd who will spend when it is required.

The way Arsenal are defending I can't see them getting back into it, I can see them snatching a goal but so will Man UTD.
I always thought that two good signings would make Arsenal very serious challengers this season. Disappointed he didn't get a top striker and another good CM/CB
I agree, they're not far off at all. Everyone can see it but he continues to persist with his ways that are obviously not working when it comes to competing with the best two sides in the league.
It's actually getting quite boring.

Poor goalkeeping for the first goal and awful defending for the second. Ignoring the fact Rooney ran in to the box unchallenged there's no way he should've been allowed so much time and space to pick his spot. Lazy Arsenal performance and professional from United so far.
Denilson looks like he's chasing the ball (when Clichy is already with Nani) rather than having the awareness to see what's around him and instead track Rooney's run.
He's alright saying he's grown up and mature but he showed incredible inexperience there.

Sky Sports HD Will just have to do for now Can't blame him for going for it but he should have done better with it.
