Aye he showed earlier on in the season he's got a sweet strike on him. Plus he appears (so far) to not pick up knocks. Play Sol in defence and then stick Verm up front.

Oh come on!!!...even before he was injured he was useless...his first touch is always atrocious and he hasnt got much of a finishing touch on him either unless its handed to him on a plate.
Anyhow better second half from Arsenal although we got lucky that it hit the bar there
.Just hope that we can hold on for the 3 pts as we definitely need with Man Utd dropping points and Chelski losing to Everton lol lol lol...now this is why i just cannot understand why Arsenal cannot play well against Man Utd and Chelski
...just beats the hell out of me that lower teams seem to play better against Man Utd and Chelski. Unsurprising to see in this situation Gerrard dive. Though in fairness to him I think the free kick was for Kuyt's foul. Need to see a replay.
