reasonable start - but defence is shaky, and also rooney & scholes both missed decent chances and Carroll, Barton and Enrique all had reasonable chances at the other end

Well I still think Newcastle could have scored at least 1, if not 2 with better choice of the next ball (ie shooting instead of passing or vice versa)

No disrespect to Newcastle at all, but majority of their team cant really be described as quality PL players - there are much tougher teams coming up all too quickly for the OT team (not sure what N Utd's next few games are)

To be honest I just want to survive this year and certainly wasn't expecting anything from this match.

Keep it to 3, preferably with toon nicking a goal and I will be satisfied. After that move on and hopefully get a few results
