So what does Konchesky offer us that Insua didn't? He's not even remotely as good going forward and he seems just as poor at stopping crosses?

Lucas is wasted in this team. Alonso would struggle just as much as he has this season with no one to pass to. They both need someone out wide or someone making runs and we've got no one.
I agree, I think that Lucas is a good player, but neither Rafa nor Roy have used him correctly. Doesn't stop him looking inbred though

Well no surprise were playing crap again and yet again Roy is insisting on his clearly useless tactics. Im sorry im all for giving managers chance but he should atleast show he is trying new ideas he isnt.
Our players have mastered passing the ball side ways and backwards =/, Hopefully Roy may say something but i doubt it our players all need a kick up the ass and to be told plunty their all playing bad sort it instead of the "well your trying speach"
