aww, he is quite amazingly humble for a footballer. I think the biggest difference is how much happier he looks, he actually celebrates goals now.
Right so if the attacker doesn't have the ball and the ball is never going to reach him because VdS was getting there way before him anyway, it's still a red card?
There will be an awful lot of sending offs if that's the case :/
I wonder if he'll ever feel the urge to play for Newcastle in his later years, seeing as how he idolised Alan Shearer.
IIRC, he had a Newcastle shirt with Shearer's name on it.
So tonight;
Tottenham 1 - 4 Arsenal
We will destroy them useless ****.
Arry's playing the kids isn't he?
...and they had a DVD out before people had even got home.
I'm thinking it will be a narrow Spurs win tonight, though I'm all for being proven wrong. Wenger, as we know, will field a team of young players who don't even make our bench, Spurs will probably have half of their first choice players and the other half comprised of back ups. I don't see Arsenal winning. I'd have liked to have seen Wojczech in goal as well, and Vela up front.
SSN are saying that Pletikosa is going to be in nets for Spurs, I hope that isn't the third choice GK that someone was on about further up in the thread, he has 80 caps for Croatia... Much more experienced and capable than Flappyhandski. That said, the rest of their team didn't look too frightening so maybe this will be a close match than I initially thought. I'm looking forward to seeing Vela, JET and Randall up front.
