Same. Was that Clichy who was utterly gash in the box there? Kos was a little bit tame for the assist..

This really isn't a game that RvP should be starting. I'd have preferred Chamakh to be given a 'taster'.

At least it can't be another 6-0 ;). Good to see Diouf scoring, hat-trick in midweek and another goal today. I hope United don't ask for him back!

Urgh....well, the Dutch better rest him!

I mean it was a nothingish sort of tackle. I've said for a while now that we cash in on RvP while we can and get somebody less injury prone. It's getting to the point where I really am starting to ponder whether he's just a waste of wages?

I've just said the exact same thing on another forum. After playing in the WC his value will be quite high, we need to cash in on that because he spends half of every season injured which doesn't benefit us at all. Last season a consistent striker would have made a great difference and could have even won us the title! Arshavin might have to join him if he continues his abysmal form!
 
Koscielny has looked absolutely dire... he has actually looked like player who was only playing league 2 French football a year ago. He's made a few passes that have gone straight to Blackburn players, he's not been very convincing in the air and he just got totally done in the strength department by Diouf for the assist on the goal. Dreadful. Sagna was also nowhere to be seen during the goal, maybe he should just learn to defend instead of getting constantly forward, especially in a game such as this where Blackburn look quite dangerous on the counter.

Cesc looks a little bit rusty and Arshavin is taking too long on the ball, well played Walcott for the goal, great pass from van Persie and a great finish as well. Second half we need to be much better defensively. Diaby hasn't really done anything although he does look like he slows the game down way too much, I'd prefer Rosicky every time. Oh, and lol at Almunia smacking his head on the post. :D
 
Slice of luck, but if Walcott wasn't in the way the first time then Cesc's shot may have gone in. Brilliant finish though considering the pressure.
