O'Neill won't take the Liverpool job if he was fed up at Villa of not being supported in the transfer market.
 
Liverpool need to be unbeaten with wins in their next league games: Everton, Blackburn and Bolton. If they win all but one (Everton most likely), they should be back to doing OK imo.
 
Liverpool and win dont go together with us at the moment, Looks like i was to not bother with our 2nd half im guessing we were as dreadful ill check roys comments but im guessing it will be we tried and did get better in second half but wasnt enough thou also lets see what his says about torres
 
Disagree. I know you rate him but Roy has to go and now, before the next round of PL games come.
More of this and we could be all but relegated by Jan.
 
Well we did try and attack for 5minutes either side of the goal at least. Other than that Blackpool were comfortable.

If Torres is out for long then it might be an idea to stick Kyrgiakos up front, he's the only player that looked like scoring for us today.

I pray to Fowler he does.

We've got absolutely no shape whatsoever to the side; Meireles looks lost on the right and Cole doesn't want to be on the left so both are coming inside into the space Gerrard wants to play in. If Johnson didn't create anything down the right then we offered nothing from open play. On top of all that we're shockingly bad at the back too.

I'd really be tempted to go back the the 4-2-3-1 system with Gerrard and Lucas in midfield, Cole off the front and Maxi and Kuyt on the wings.
