Squillaci. Get Chamakh off and put Vela on. I reckon Wenger will take Arshavin off and put Vela on though... despite Vela being in exceptional form when playing through the middle but oh well, if all of our forwards weren't injured maybe we'd have more options.

We've got absolutely no shape whatsoever to the side; Meireles looks lost on the right and Cole doesn't want to be on the left so both are coming inside into the space Gerrard wants to play in. If Johnson didn't create anything down the right then we offered nothing from open play. On top of all that we're shockingly bad at the back too.

I'd really be tempted to go back the the 4-2-3-1 system with Gerrard and Lucas in midfield, Cole off the front and Maxi and Kuyt on the wings.

I'd like to go back to a system. At the moment I haven't got a clue what sort of system we're playing and the players don't seem to either.

I've just been having a nose around there and just about every single person wants rid of him.

I wonder if he will resign? I dont think Liverpool can afford to sack him so he would have to resign.

Yes, the classic 4-2-2-2. The one Brazil won a few world cups with.
Which relies on attacking FB's but leaves you terribly exposed at the back, great for going forward though.
Only problem is, Roy ends up playing it as a defensive formation and wonders why we get kicked around?

Which is a own goal of epic-proportions, considering Poulsen was his signing and wouldnt even make a Championship player.
 
Just seen the de Jong challenge and it's a complete shocker.

Looks like the ref didn't deal with it at the time so hopefully the fa can retrospectively ban him fir a good few games as it's all he deserves.

Feel sorry for ben arfa, looked like a quality young player but doubt he will play again this season meaning back to France for him next year. Real pity as he's good, now were stuck with Routledge who is a useless plonker at PL level.

Dalglish was never going to be considered and not because he's been out of the game for so long but because of how highly he's thought of by the fans.

Dalglish could never have been a yes man for the board like Hodgson has been and they knew they couldn't treat Dalglish like they did Benitez out of fear of an even greater backlash from the fans.
