Oh of course, you're right. He's not been man of the match twice recently for Brazil, or been pinging 60 yard balls around like Alonso. No, every time I see him play I just remember the player who joined Liverpool four years ago and didn't adapt immediately to being asked to play in the wrong position in a foreign league :rolleyes:

Well he can stay in brazil, liverpool performances are what matters to me, so far, he is crap. He has had the odd good game. Im sure that the other top euro clubs are tabling bids for him as we speak

No, you're right, he's not a world class player, and if we still had Alonso or someone of his ilk, Lucas wouldn't play often. However, we don't and Lucas has impressed this season. He's not a big name, and few top sides would bid for him, but if you've watched him frequently this season it's hard to call him a poor passer.

EDIT: On another note, Leaskovski, your signature just gave me a big lol :D

What do you want him to do exactly? he's not a DM, yet untill we played Blackburn, with Roy's "okay, we'r going on a camping trip to our own box! no one leave" tactics used for all games previous, he was being used as one.
He's a creative CM, and his range of passing easily rivals Alonso's at the same age (ie: when he signed for Liverpool).
The fact he never produces them for Liverpool, yet manages it for his national side every single time he plays, must be down to his personal ability, and nothing to do with tactics.

Looking forward to the Liverpool game, I hope they lose so Roy will probably end up going, they need someone else and it doesn't look like it will improve at the moment.
 
5-1 FT and why couldnt carroll score! Bah he would have got me more pts on fantasy football. Anyway onto our game i hope we do well and im happy with the team Roy has put out.
