I like how they didn't even acknowledge he was there.

Also, I don't see how the Ref got any blame for that goal? It was the linesman that should have seen the handball and given it, the ref had no chance of seeing it. And also, Gomes was stupid - My 8 year old brother knows to play to the whistle ffs!
 
spurs were 1-0 down anyway but to summarise

nani is a cheat, dived on atleast 2 occassions and seriously needs to cut it out of his game
the referee is inept and didn't know what he was doing, got taken over by the pressure and bottled it on the decision. idiot.
 
i thought it was funny when the ref asked the spurs players to go away when he was talking to the the linesman ,but somehow ferdinand had a special exception to get involved with the dicussions.
 
Bit of a shame the incident has took the limelight away from what was a enjoyable game.

Not sure united were at their best, but spurs played the part, movement off the ball from both teams made it a joy to watch.

Mind you, when crouch had to come on, it reverted to type, streching at every ball, individuals overplaying it, dump straight line balls crouch never wins... must frustrate the heck out of spurs fans, as it does as a watching neutral.

A draw would have been a decent result, but a win either way was well deserved.

Betting sites are good for this, most have a good selection of results and scores in live games as they're happening.

Captain isn't he, so he's allowed to approach the ref.
 
Fair enough, Rio gets special treatment then just like Man U blah blah etc etc.


In other news, Villa didn't take a single shot that half!!! :D
