English League Football ** spoilers ** [30th October - 2nd November 2010]

He hasn't at all :)

It's pointless arguing with him he's a ***** who likes to pick and choose what he quotes to back up his own argument.

I dread to think what it would be like if he supported any other team :/

Have fun yall :)

Dont worry Gimp we have DM as our very own nickg for Arsenal :/:p

Shame that you feel the need to leave dude, i rather miss your posts:).

Right so,
The teams falling apart and Mancini is being sacked!
Now i don't know what has been happening behind the scenes but something has happened because we have gone from a solid world class performance against Chelsea to being ran ragged against Wolves. The team either needs to go on a team building course at the local conference centre or some players have to leave. Mancini i think can become a top manager at City but unless he wins back the team it is over for him.
We are sitting 4th atm and i cant complain really but i hope we can get together for next week against West Brom who if we perform anything less than the Chelsea game will win and please please give us a win against utd.

I wasn't sure if this was a serious post or not?

Are you really, I mean honestly, suggesting that Mancini should be gone if you don't win the next few games?

(The suggestion comes from the part where you say 'it is over for him', which seems as if you'd want him to be gone)

Who the heck would replace him!?

Like i said earlier on in this thread he probably wont last past xmas if he doesnt get wins which after this weekend is looking more and more unlikely....you have your own teammates ie Ade, Kompany and Toure fighting with each other...absolutely hilarious to see esp Ade who we eternally are grateful to you for taking off our hands...as i suspected he had one good season with you which was last yr and now he isnt scoring goals in the more important games...reminds me of his sterling one season jobbie for Arsenal he had before we sold him.

Personally i dont think Mancini is the right manager for you guys, you wont win anything with him in charge and definitely not if you have no team spirit which is quite clear to see now especially after the weekend.

You guys need a Mourinho type of manager who will win you trophies with the money available.....but lets be honest theres really only one big team in Manchester and it isnt you and wont be for a very long time.

Obviously this is all in my opinion and what i think is or will happen ie Mancini will get the boot soon...one thing i dont get/understand is why in gods name you got rid of Bellamy??...he was one of your best players last season and yet you ship him out:confused:.

No im not saying he will be gone but im saying that if he loses the dressing room and the players start doing bad and a few losses and draws and he could be gone as thats what happened to Mark Hughes.
I thought Biz was all in favour of Mancini?

Fickle fans are fickle.
I am in favour of him, where did i say i wasnt? What i said was that if he doesnt start winning again and the players dont start wanting to play then the owner will sack him as he is more concerned about the players than manager.
The bickering can go two ways, passion for the team or hate for each other.
I think he is but the players atm dont and eventually they will win.
Well if he leaves Madrid like he said today he would i think then maybe. Let's be honest you dont think were going to be a big team?
Well he was causing arguments with the manager, talking about him in interviews and what annoyed everyone celebrating with Redknapp when they beat us. I didnt want him to go but Mancini took very strong action to prove something to the players but it doesnt seem to have worked.

Can't find any info on duration or pay, why so secret??

Arsenal never release this information to the public, wages will be around £40-£50k you'd think and it'll be a 5 year contract probably.

No team in the league are consistent 38 games per season. Also, you've bought a lot of questionnable players such as Adebayor, Balotelli and a depressed Tevez who are all on so much money that they could probably pool a months wages and buy Ireland (the country), there are going to be some undeserved egos there. Unfortunately one thing you can't really buy is team spirit, that needs to be developed over time.

Yeh of course. Where else is he going to go? utd where he cant spend any money and where he will inherit a weak team?

sad thing for you is we could not win anything for 20 years and we'd still be the bigger club.

Lets all have a think about which of Citys players would be there right now if not for Sheik Mansour's billions.

Yep, that about sums it up.

Well Yaya Toure is on so much money that he himself could singlehandedly buy Ireland:p

A weak team that is currently sat above you in the table, right?
Yes you are, you have a well set consistent winning team but when VDS,Scholes,Giggs retires whos there to fit in?
And just to make sure everyone knows im not saying that the team is falling apart and mancini will be sacked i was just saying according to newspapers thats whats happening. It is just a joke before everyone takes it out of hand and has a go at me.

VDS's not that good, Giggs has barely played this season and Scholes is far from a regular now, so there's not too much to worry about.
He is your no 1, Well i dont follow utd so i wouldnt know that but i was just saying in general the team is weak imo
The only players worthy of note imo are Hernadez,Vidic,Nani (when he doesnt cheat) and Valencia. The rest eg Ferdinand,O'Shea, Carrick and Fletcher arent players Mourinho would want imo.

Cleverly, Welbeck & Diouf are currently all out on loan at Premier League clubs and are playing regular football.

Evans and Rafael are starting to get far more involved with our starting teams, and they are coming through well at 22 and 20 respectively.

Anderson is still only 22, and has looked good since coming back from injury.

Fabio is 20, and if Evra wasn't on that left side he would play a lot more.

Obertan is 21, and hasn't been with us for very long and has looked impressive recently in the games he's played.

Macheda is 19 and has been popping up with some good link up play and playing some good football.

Those are the players that have been playing first team football, against the teams in the Premier League.

I've skipped out all of our younger players that as well, and obviously missed out Bebe due to not seeing much of him play.

I think the common mistake with United is that a lot of our players are bought quite young, so have seemed to have been with our squad for a very long time, people forget that we buy them at 17/18 - So they are still very young even now.

You see Biz.Kid09, now you'll learn you need more than just money to win things (like you've been told before).

You keep on saying how bad our team is, yet we're the only unbeaten team? Its not really all doom and gloom just yet, far from it.

Your team on the other hand, is mostly a load of average over-paid players who don't really like each other or the manager.

They aren't going to be happy if you miss out on the top 4 this season too :) (Or maybe they wont mind, as they obviously only care about money anyway)

The problem City have is most of their players don't give a **** what they win as long as they get paid. Until City find the right mix of young players who are eager to impress and homegrown talent that'll die for the club to go along with the star names they'll never win a thing.
