It was scrapped.

The CPU WAS meant to be Bulldozer. (Whether bluff or not, I think it was) that didn't go ahead, and the CPU was replaced with 980's.

Intel didn't sponsor, AMD did.

Just because I think it was a bluff, doesn't make it so.
