Just tried it it, don't think its all that.

gReader Pro still the best RRS app for me. As it have 2 column view in lanscape.

I have gReader Pro too, but I always view my feeds in a single column feed and click them one by one. Merely went for this one for the ICS theme. If gReader updates it's UI then I may switch back again :)

Yup, I do mrk and it still looks nasty IMO :p Prefer the standard ICS or the grey & green theme to the holo.

The keyboard is great and I would be using it without a doubt if they simply let you choose the standard ICS theme, but until then it is sense keyboard or stock ICS keyboard (turns out the tiny niggles, which I was having earlier are actually a problem with the ICS browser+ and sense magnification tool for choosing where you want to place the cursor) for me.

Can anyone recommend a good switcher widget?

I used to use widgetsoid on my Wildfire, but I can't get the Mobile data toggle to work on my One S so I'm currently trying Switch Pro which seems OK.

switch pro :p

+1

Especially with the ICS theme on the market - looks great :)

Though on my RAM deprived Spica, the stock dialler is the only one I can really use without giving my phone a weeks notice before I want to make a phonecall lol

Lol :D

I know the feeling with the spica! It is truly dreadful when I look back to it!

Isn't your contract up sometime soon?

TV Show Favs Beta. This app is awesome if you watch a lot of shows. Adjusts air time for your time zone. And you can set notifications for before or after the show has aired. Handy for when you want to "acquire" an episode after it's aired ;)

Has light & dark theme too, as well as per app notifications.

Requires a simple registration after install.

Oooh, will try the Beta. TV Show Favs is one of my favourite apps. Very handy. Love the widget that lets you flick through shows I need to watch.

I think I've read a few times that it can be difficult on Play to find apps you've purchased. I just noticed this link which shows all my purchases:
https://play.google.com/store/account

From the top-right "settings" icon...

Edit: ah it doesn't show just purchased apps. But it at least lists the apps in a nicer fashion :)

Are there any good SMS apps that aren't bloated with useless features like go and handcent?

Just want a nice messaging app that works, which has some customization and a nice ICS theme?

EDIT:

A bit like ex dialler, nice and simple with some choice and themes.

What phone?

I just use Samsung's SMS app, it's simple, has a dark theme and just works and has a superb landscape slit view mode.

Go sms works fine - its fast. Just turn off all the features you don't want. I have an ICS theme on it too.

I tried HTC keyboard for ICS and it has lots of nice features but the prediction and correction is terrible, often missing words or spaces. Swiftkey and ICS KBs are just a lot more accurate.

I love the stock sense messaging app, I just wish it had a dark/black theme though! :(

This.

Tis what I do.

(Great grammar! LOL!)

Yeah it is nice go sms and is super fast and smooth, I just hate the way it has soooooo many features, which aren't needed :p I love android and the way you have choice and on some apps loads of handy features but there are times when too much is just too much! :p

Will just use go sms I guess, was just wondering if there was anything that suited the "criteria" better :)

What ICS theme are you using kona? There are quite a few ICS themes for go sms on the market.

I actually find sense keyboard very good for correction and the easiest to type with once calibrated. ICS stock is also nice and I love the way it now knows when to add a space between words if you forget or accidentally miss the space key. Still not sure which one of the 2 I prefer overall though..........
