I highly dislike the idea of paying a monthly fee to access music I never own. What is the appeal?

Yes Spotify lets you upload and include the music you do already own. But if that's the case that means you're already buying it from somewhere yet still paying a monthly fee to stream Spotify's music.

Instead, with iTunes, Google Music or Amazon Music you can browse to purchase and own the music, play and stream the music from the desktop/web player on multiple devices.

I did spend quite a bit of time deciding whether it would be worth it, and I reckon I've made good use of it so far. The amount of music I get from it would work out at a lot more than the £10 a month it costs. Then the music I buy in addition is the odd album which they don't have available on there.

My usage is starting to slow down now though, so I am tempted to go back to buying music, but I still want it to seamlessly sync across all my devices. Any idea on when Google Music is coming to the UK?

I've been a Spotify Premium member for around 2 years and it's a brilliant service - millions of tracks, streaming as quick as if they were stored locally. The quality is also very good.

The whole concept of 'paying for music you don't own' is a bit false - it's as convenient as owning it, but better because there's so much more choice and it's so seamless.

The Chrome app seems to have become even more annoying. On both the phone and the pc the first tab doesn't load if you haven't opened the browser for a while, meaning you have to open a second tab then close the first. Secondly, the start screen now defaults to mobile bookmarks instead of desktop bookmarks like it used to, can't get this to change. Anyone else get these problems?

Im having an issue with go launcher EX on my S3, when i press the home screen it goes straight to that screen but then randomly switches to a different screen, its getting annoying now , any one had a similar issue and maybe knows of a fix ?

Bug with Swiftkey BETA that has existed on both S2 and S2. The keyboard sometimes fails to enter any text in a text box or the prediction bar fails to load.

I've switched back to ICS keyboard from a custom S2 ROM and it's just fine on the higher res S3. Prediction dictionaries restored via Titanium and all good.
