Essential Android Apps

If Angry Birds could sync data across my devices I would probably be more inclined to play it now and then.

A quick google should provide you with information on how to do this. It possible atleast between Android devices as far as I know.

It's a simple case of using Titanium or MyBackup Pro or any other app that can back up app data to save and restore on whatever new device.

Titanium supports dropbox sync so you can store it to dropbox then sync on the other Phones.

I'm talking about they should integrate it into the game. If I pickup my tablet, I can't just carry on from where I got to on my phone. :-(

Just saw a new game on the market called "Bunny Shooter", seems alright so far.

It's basically an Angry Birds clone, only you use a bow and arrow to shoot bunnies.

It's free anyway, so if you like Angry Birds it's worth a try :)

Where did Shootme go? Anyone got a decent replacement?

He's putting it back on apparently http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1233127&page=2

In a way I can see how he could be frustrated, he gets a lot of idiotic comments/1 star ratings because people don't read the description.

Doesn't work Evo. Have it support unrooted?

This is a bit of a long shot guys, I've got a HTC desire and have been looking around the market for quite some time now for an app a bit like a stopwatch or a timer, but I need it to count down from say 1 minute, set off a small alarm, and then repeat...

I have plenty of apps that do the timer bit, but without going right back through the menus I can get it to repeat again and again :s

If anyone is wondering its for my morning run, I want to be able to let my self know I've been running for exactly a minute or another set amount of time :)

Ah Ty, was looking for a friends Desire. Why stock Android doesn't borrow Samsung's code for the Home plus power button method, I'll never know!

It would be easy for people to share all kinds of info on their phones with such a simple combination of buttons. With my Galaxy S 2 I've noticed that already :)

Anyways thanks! Only got my phone on me and I'm lazy.

Joe, since you're running have you tried My Tracks? You can set it so it reminds you of the distance every so often and 1 minute is an option.

Is there an up-to-date comparison for Android web browsers?

Currently using Dolphin Mini but wouldn't mind finding if there are better options out there
