Open Gmail, press menu, press settings, choose an email account (you can have different sounds for each account), press inbox sound & vibrate, press sound .

I don't have Facebook/Whatsapp so can't say how they're done.

For messages (the stock Samsung app) it's press menu, press settings, press select ringtone .

How do you set this up in the standard JB app? I can't find the option.

Also, is there a mouse pad type app you can use with splashtop streamer? I had it on my iphone (think it was called mousepad) and it definitely used to be on android but it's not available any more (not even through splashtops website).
