I searched for autorip on here but couldn't find any threads. If anyone has purchased any cd's from Amazon over the last few years you now have it available to you as a ripped MP3 version on Amazon Cloud

Are there any decent apps or ways to sync photos to my Galaxy S4? Ideally I want to plug my phone in and it will just sync all photos in a certain folder over to my phone, No questions.

I Know Kies can put photos on, But its a manual effort.

Why not just use Dropbox that will sync automatically.

The thing i cant understand is why cant people also post the downloads for all the other stock google apps from the Google Edition?

Things like Dialer/Contacts/SMS apps would be handy too.....

I use Sync Me for this. No plugging in though

Can anyone recommend a replacement Google Reader app with transparent widget support, and the possibility to combine feeds into one scrolling list?

Ideally I need one with an as minimal as possible widget. Just white text on a transparent background would be ideal, as I've been using the AndroidPro GReader widget but it looks like it's not going to be updated.

I've tried 'Reader' and 'Taptu' so far, but they both take you to the main app when you go back after reading a news item from the widget. Small thing I know, but it's annoying

Symbolic link your photos folder to your Dropbox folder.

Great news plus you get the gallery app too (it is ace! )

Will give the camera a try later and see how it compares to stock sense app, wonder if the quality will be degraded still??? Unfortunately lack of features/options so far though! Plus the UI isn't as practical/easy to use still

I can't seem to shift the bootanimation.zip file over to /system/media, I'm definitely Rooted! but I can't move the file over the specified folder, and I can't even change any permissions in the Root if I try?? Using ES File Explorer!



Scratch that... I used Shady File Explorer (Root) and it worked!! Now have the NEW boot animation on my Nexus 4

Loving the new dolphin browser beta, when it first came out I didn't like it but now my browser of choice

* I had thought that the beta and the main were the same but it seems the beta maybe older but not sure about others but I prefer the beta, hides the address bar for one which I can't see how to-do in the main version

Only remaining issue for me on dolphin v10 is the fact that link hit detection gets messed up by jet pack, but when I disable jet pack, the SwiftKey cursor arrows no longer work.

Nope, it caches it to some random location on the internal storage.

Unlock with wifi (works good)

Llama does it too (though I've not tried it)

Tasker can do that and loads of other stuff, probably overkill if that's the only thing you want to do though...
