SwipePad - great app. - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.conduction.swipepad.android&hl=en

Use it to launch your most used apps by swiping in from the side of the screen when in any app.

Getting annoyed with Play Store today.

On my phone I can go through my 'All Apps' list and delete the old apps I don't use. However after removing 1 app it takes me to the top of the list again and have to scroll down down down to get to the next one to delete.

Why oh why can't they allow me to remove the apps via the web browser so I can use a flippin mouse

Don't think I ever uninstall an app through the Play Store, I just drag the app icon to the bin in Nova and uninstall :)

It wasn't apps I have installed on the phone, but old apps that are no longer installed but show up on the All apps list.

Wooh, I had no idea I could hold and highlight them all. Saved me from a long and painful process. Cheers TheVoice

Just shows how something so simple can be missed

Whoops, misunderstood what you meant.

Yeah the highlight them all thing is handy, I remember when they rolled out the update for that, It's quite well hidden though.

Yeah looks good, hopefully a more integrated solution to what we're using at the moment (Xprivacy, pdroid etc).

Like the article says though, it's a bit of a security flaw that you can't disable a permission until the app actually requests it :/

Looks like you can now, at install - they updated the article :)

Looks pretty cool, might give it a go!

You can tap and hold to select more than one.

 Thanks

It's very handy, spend some time setting up the sensitivity for when you slide your finger in to trigger the swipepad. I've set mine to 180% and have it for the bottom left half side.

It's the best camera for non Samsung phones though. The features available and usability look spot on. The HTC camera is not bad either but the Samsung one just pips it.

Surely it depends on how good the quality is to whether it's any good or not, that's normally the complaint rather than the CM camera lacking features isn't it?

No samples from the new camera yet but AOSP cameras have never really matched the quality of say images produced from HTC or Samsung's camera apps.

I wouldn't say so ;)

The above is awesome, if you don't want to record videos (I just use the aosp camera for when I do).

edit: Forgot to mention, S3 aosp only! :/

Looks interesting! Hopefully be able to install without needing root/AOSP based ROM.......

I doubt the quality will be any better/improved compared to the touchwiz/sense camera apps, hope I am wrong though!

Still think the htc/sense camera app looks and works better overall though i.e. for the burst mode, you just hold down the camera/shutter button rather than having to select burst mode first and other wee things like that all make the camera experience so much better/more enjoyable (especially the newer sense V5 camera app, would most definitely not be giving up zoe! :p)

Also, no slow motion recording?! :( Probably the best feature there is!
