Essential iPhone Apps

anyone having problems with the Apple Store? when I click buy it times out on me.

How is this location part going to work? I assume like Foursquare where you can book yourself into certain locations or show your GPS locations.

Yup, its exactly like Gowalla, FourSquare and others. They're working with Gowalla and FourSquare but I'm not sure what that means, maybe you'll be able to import your "check-ins" to Facebook from other services.

If you want to use it outside of America you'll need to setup a VPN on your iPhone. :)

That's what I thought, but it works and I've added local areas and tagged myself now. :) Its not on the same level as Gowalla yet though, I'm hoping they start stealing features soon.
 
If you like scrabble, play against your friends or randoms with Words with Friends. There's a free version that has some ads or a paid for version without.

Get the picture up on screen and take a screenshot by pressing the home and power buttons at the same time. The screen will "flash" and the screenshot will be saved into your Camera Roll.

Pudding Camera is a cool app that gives you a lot of fun with your iPhone camera. You can change around a lot of different effects and features and use them to shoot photos. I personally took a photo of a boring room with a filter and different lens setting, it looked a whole lot better. The app will change the way you take iPhone pictures, I suggest you get it while it is still in the App Store and while its hot!

Got the app, is there anyway to change the language :D Struggling with the settings side to things :)
