Also does anyone know what app people are using with instagram which allows you to have three or more frames in a single shot? There is another kinda high-burst photo app which I would like to know the name of if poss.

Sort of app/icon related - The guy at the Apple store turned this desktop icon on and I can't find out where to turn it off

The white circle is some sort of shortcut icon as my home button was playing up

Yeah - press the blue arrow on the connection screen on your iOS device, it's under advanced settings. 800x600, 1024x768 or PC native resolution.

Pull down the dial, the actual speed dial, not the whole page.
