Euro Truck Simulator 2 worthy of purchase

Ok me and the Missis is addicted to this game (damn you oc'ers lol) but one thing that's annoying us, our hired drivers making next to no money £200-£300 a day (if they even take a job). Is there anything were doing wrong?

All I done was download that "real company trailer pack mod" and used one to get the sizes, I made it the same as them, why don't theirs do as you say?

I don't know I have not worked it out, same as if you put txt on the front of the truck say on the right side, it will flip another version on the left by itself if you go over a certain length, I did notice at least one trailer skin allows you to use both sides and not just one.

My overclockers one I made the other side was flipped by itself and it is back to front. Let me know if you come across or work it out.

You're not doing anything wrong. They'll start bringing in more money once they level up and get more skills. I currently have 55 drivers working for me, and they all bring in 30-50k per job.

My business is currently making over £2,000,000 per week.

Haha, awesome, you must have ploughed a lot of time into this game!

Do hired drivers need their own trucks that you buy them?
 
You need to provide them with a truck. I just give them the cheapest truck with no upgrades, though some of my drivers have been given trucks that I bought to try out but didn't like, or my old trucks.

If they don't have a truck after a few days they will email you reminding you that they don't have one, and threaten to quit if you don't give them one.

Ok dude, will have a play but I can't test my designs until amazon deliver.

Trying to find out online RE the flipping but can't find much.
 
As for people wondering if the limiter removes the point, it only does that if you choose to gun it everywhere, get on the motorway set cruise control to the limited speed, and when you need to overtake that slow moving truck or car you can gun it a little bit and make the pass, plus its quite fun blasting around country roads with trailer lol.

Edit- Another thing thats bugging me a lot, is the Jaggies and HDR, now i can turn HDR off but fps drops below 20fps, with it on its 40-49 on average, the jaggies i cant see to improve, probably doesnt help im using an ATI card :(

Yeah I just do 70 on the motorway.

I did have fun doing 90 on the alpine roads, or attempting to.
 
Don't know about ATI but playing it in 1920x1080 with in-game AA off but forcing it in drivers worked a treat on all the jaggys for me. All the fences looked horrendous at first! Don't suppose anyone has come across a mod for cats eyes? I read the one for ETS1 works fine but can't find it anywhere, can't see **** at night with the small mirror mod! Damn. I'm also having a huge amount of problems with the game so far from a modding view.

None of my radio streams show up in game, and when I use the in game ones from the internet the game crashes. Also I can't tell if any of my mods are actually working :(
