How does one sell a garage or as the owner i want to relocate to another garage and sell my main one? How?

Quick question for the ones that are a few weeks into the game, whats you average driver income? mine are getting anywhere between £600-£9000. ive also been seeing my staff getting minus income a few times lately. ive got 4 garages and 18 staff and im at level 37 in week 11. Mine seem to be taking ages to level up and earn bigger money, the most i can earn is around £80,000 on a quick job or just over £100,000 on my truck on the London to Bratislava route.

Tip on fuel prices - the biggest garage comes with a fuel pump onsite. Prices are somewhat cheaper than the forecourts. I think the Prague one was charging me €1.16 last time...
I have run out of drivers to hire in my garages...and 6 of them aren't doing any work for me at all. I've had them for weeks but they just sit there clocking 0 miles. I have about 120 drivers I think. the 6 that aren't doing any work are ones I've previously fired so that might be it.
One of the other things that irks me is how every time I change camera view it cuts off the message that's scrolling on the route advisor. Oh yeah, the lack of mail you get in the game is a bit of a turn off too. in UKTS you got loads of mails.
Still, amazing game. I'm about 40 weeks deep into it with a fully kitted out Valiant Daily Dose truck.

Can anyone explain to me how to download the Snow Weather Mod & a few other subtle mods that make the game experience even better?

My truck driving uncle thinks I'm insane for playing this. Would be hilarious to get him addicted to it as well.
Just got this game but I'm not enjoying it due to the following problems.
I see several patches around but when I download them it and try to run them they say can't find the game.
I thought it should update automatically.
Other problems are with my wheel G25.
I don't use the logitech software in any sims and don't have any problems but with this I get the following.
No self Centring of the wheel even though enabled in the game I do get bit off FFB but only if I hit something.
Unable to look left or right using the hat button even though it is seen in the game.
Unable to adjust seat view by moving the mouse, it just flickers a bit.

Got tons of garages but getting bored with the game now.

Put the mods in the ETS2 folder in your my documents area.
Do not know about the rest but try the in game settings.
I wasn't installing a mod but a patch manually.
I had to re-install the game and then I could patch it, auto patch was being trapped by my AV.
I'm still unable to look left or right though even using keyboard.
Other buttons are working and I can use them on my wheel.
I just can't do any thing with left right up or down.

Oh ok, I just use an xbox pad as I cant be bothered with removing my G27 from my ps3
NP I found the problem with the left/right I had FaceTrackNoIR installed, although not using it it seems to cause a problem.
I'm on a pc so wheel is in use all the time as I have room for it.
I still don't know why FFB is so bad there are only a few effects that's not really force feed back.

3fps! That's a bit odd.
I'm running Ultra High settings (125%) with only AA turned off and it's fine on a C2Q 9550 with an ATI 5850 @ 1900x1200. AA on had a significant performance hit when I upgraded the monitor earlier in the month. Ran fine with AA enabled at 1680x1050, but 1900x1200 was too much.
