The service centre think the button or solenoid that holds the charge flap in place sometimes doesn't register if it's open so stops the cable going in.good luck. will be interested to know what the issue is and how they fix it as it will be something to keep an eye on.
Sounds right to be fair.
There were no courtesy cars so Assist got Enterprise involved who initially offered me a mini. I declined and stuck to my guns a bit on "premium" because I'm a bit miffed having to pay for the diagnosis.
They've given me a new 4 door Defender
It's not particularly nice to drive but is absolutely huge and quite cool on the novelty factor.Have to hand it to Jaguar, the process has been fairly painless.
