Fox is right, non-car girls only see one of the following car types:

- 'Old car'
- 'New car'
- 'Sports car'

Been asked out a couple of times when filling up with petrol which I attribute to my car (or my stunning good looks ;) ) but I've never intentionally used it to attract a nice young lady. Having said that my previous 2 ex's are both really into cars so it probably helped :D

And further proof of this was the response to me pointing out to my friend the 5 Series I wanted as one passed us on a trip.

'It looks exactly the same as the one you have now'

The car was a 530i Sport...

And girls think they have a good eye for detail :(

Kate's car educated. She knows what tyre sizes/aspect ratios mean and everything. I certainly didn't pull her with a Rover 213 though.

No, I've never used a car to pull, what an odd concept.

I have taught my girlfriend how to know a scooby is coming, without looking at it. She even knows the engine configuration etc after going out with me for 2 years... :D

She was in the kitchen at uni with the girl and announced there was a scoob outside without looking, i think they were all quite shocked when they saw it, lol. (This is impressive for kate trust me!). Makes me so proud. *cries*

Oh and gordon who owns street racers is funny, his daughter about 7 cries if she can't go with them to santa pod in his cossie. And always demands him to go faster on the way! Quality!

Anyway, not used my car to pull... not sure how I would pull with an old hot hatch, it's just like you say, an old car to most girls.

I have a Transit. More than once I've waited outside a school at 3.30 and bundled a few girls into the back...made love on the tarpaulins...dropped them off at a layby afterwords...job's a good 'un!
