Ben , I wonder if you could help me please.
I am having zero luck with EVGA UK technical support RMA'ing my card. Yes my card IS under warrenty. Yes my card IS registered.
I spoke to an incredibly rude person called Markus Cheesefarmer who was rude and unhelpful all whilst 'giggling' under his breath when I asked to speak to his superior as I was unhappy with his attitude he did nothing but laugh and claim to be the man in charge. Frankly his attitude was extremely un-professional.

I would appreciate some help in this matter as I am despite what I have read online to the contrary not getting any help from EVGA in this matter. I am happy to PM you my purchase order details to prove my card was under warrenty when the fault occurred. I purchased from
************ in Feb of last year.
Apologies for having to bring this up on a public forum I am just wanting to get my faulty graphics card problem resolved.
