Contacted Evri. As nothing has been updated on notifications for a week. All I did was to request the parcel to be delivered to the Evri locker as the second attempt of delivery, I was out.
Said they will check the depot and takes 48 hours to do this. I have also e-mailed the retailer with screenshot of the no notifications after last Wednesday afternoon.
Supposed to have a delivery, overnight was on way, now being returned without any delivery attempts. All the way back to AliExpress for no obvious reason.
Raised issue with evri, who are impossible to contact aside from via bots. Replies are lagged and seem to be from a human, but they don't answer the questions or why being returned.
