Evri - no update since requesting parcel to go to locker

Contacted Evri. As nothing has been updated on notifications for a week. All I did was to request the parcel to be delivered to the Evri locker as the second attempt of delivery, I was out.

Said they will check the depot and takes 48 hours to do this. I have also e-mailed the retailer with screenshot of the no notifications after last Wednesday afternoon.
