They say they do, but they clearly didn't in my case. I asked them how the backed up the mailboxes and stores.. (brick level etc or just the stores..) All I got was silence and then the phone cut off.. I wasn't amused.

Check out http://4smartphone.net/ iv used them for quite a few projects. There cheap and not bad.
