Saying it is better on the 360 because of the DLC that is probably going to cost more than the game itself is almost as anal as saying it is better on the PS3 because of the controller.

Well i don't know about you, but the only way i can interact with a game is through the controller, so if i am going to be playing a game for hours on end, i would quite like a controller i am happy with tbh.

In this day and age it is possible for a game to be equally as good on both formats.
The addition of confirmed, high-standard, DLC helps, but game vs game on launch, they're probably the same.
Won't cost more. It'll cost ~£20.

Speculation. Everyone knows the 360 is getting 'Episodic DLC' exclusive to the 360, but nobody knows what it is, when it is out, or what it will cost.
I think people questioning the DLC and saying it doesnt bother them are really letting their fanboyism showing. Nothing wrong with that, a lot of people do ascociate gta with the playstation brand (including myself prior to this).
This is rockstar we are talking about, releasing a hefty chunk of content to what will be the biggest selling game of the year with a massive fanbase, they arent going to put the games name to shame. Look at shivering isles for oblivion, lots of fans bought that and it scored well in reviews as well.
For the people saying it doesnt bother them, how many games this year will give you as much play time as GTA? It will stille be played all summer, then we go a few months without any major releases, then just about the time bioshock was released last year, bam, the DLC comes and micrsoft will make sure everyone knows its coming.
The game just has such a big following and no matter how much it costs there is just going to be so many people wanting it. When the content comes out a lot of PS3 owners are going to be quite green, but then a 360 will only be £160...

I'd say you're pretty spot on there, and that's how I feel towards some people on here who I know are letting their fanboyism show, but it's not necessarily all.
I'm not caught up in the hype of GTAIV that much, if I were to buy it on launch (still undecided) I'd probably still be playing FM2008 on the Xbox360 that night.
Sorry but if you think its just going to be some extra missions, you are the one who will be dissapointed.
Although even if it is extra missions, it will be extra missions for the best game ever!
Oh GOD! It will NOT be 'some extra missions', we already know this. It also won't be as big as Vice City. Do you have any idea HOW MUCH $50m is for a game. You don't get a couple of missions for that money.
