There is no way you think the Tories will get a majority though and the rest of the country so far has had more of the UKIP vote going to Labour.

No of course not. My best guess is the markets where people are putting money where their mouth is. Conservative majority is now @6.2

No one knows anything for certain and a best guess will obviously change with new information. Odds should get more and more accurate over time.

I'm very confused by this are the BBC updating the graphics from the studio based on what they hear on the microphone?

Because in some places it's very slow to update when the audio is poor.

Yes - the results are live so how else would they get the info? The results don't get computerised until hours later.
