Sturgeon must have went from a really well thought if politician go a fool. Completely misread the populace around independence and heavily cost her. She has ended up as full of hubris as Salmond.

That's cray cray. Me and my partner voted tonight, and we we definitely the last 2 to vote, as they'd packed up as we arrived and closed as we left. I tend to think the individual vote doesn't count, but it really could.

They had a dead heat in one of the locals and drew straws.

shes making a fool of her self at the moment, just admit you miss read it.

Why do they keep recounting? If it showed a win for whoever more than once despite being slightly different numbers surely that's close enough. Unless they were large differences in each count or very small differences in the count(i.e. A few votes between the winner and runner up) surely 5 recounts is a bit silly.

Well they've still won, but I think she can forget independence for a while...

It's Rudd, nothing would surprise me.

Northern Ireland might just tip this for the Tories. With one seat to go, the DUP have 10 seats, and Sinn Fein have 6. An effective majority now requires 323 seats, meaning a Tory minority government could be plausible with 313.

Rudd has had 5 recounts now...

It's not her asking for a recount - it's her opponents. She's come out ahead on every count but as it's close, her opponents are entitled to ask for a recount. I think they just want to make her suffer (good luck to 'em I say!).

equally May should do the same then ?
may should have already resigned. She absolutely cocked everything up for the Tories. its quite clear that Tories should not carry on in the direction they where on, what ever the final count is, what happens in reality will probably differ.
