I was just typing out a post to that effect. High hopes for this, but if they approach it in the same fashion as they did the expansions, it will be a let down. The original F.E.A.R. is one of my favourite shooters of all time, so I'm praying that this is as good as it could be.

Edit: and it needs to ANSWER SOME DAMN QUESTIONS as well

bahh game letterbox (16:9) wtf why letterbox fps game ? even they said it is not going to be a port but it looks like it. and the hud is massive.

black bars + massive hud , shame tbh.

Just played it and all i can say I'm definatly getting the game. The graphics are very good and the game tuns very smooth on my HD 4870 at 1680x1050 everything maxed out. The sounds in the game are incredible and the freakiness of the first F.E.A.R is back.

edit: yer not a big fan of the massive hud

**** sake why is opera so totally **** at downloading large files? Just got 75% of the way through the download and it ******* crashes, looks like I'm going to have to use internet explorer like i had to for the last big thing i downloaded. what a piece of ****.
