F1 2016

wooo slippy; I can get the nice long curves down ok, but the tight ones I'm struggling with holding the line... Down at 1:54 at the moment.
 
China in the wet...I hate the wet in any race. So this will be interesting!

And well done to those in the Singapore race. Some epic times recorded! :eek:
 
This is tough in the wet, plenty of wheel spin :D I think turn 13 is where all my time goes, it's one big drift in 4th gear lol
 
china in the rain no tc on is amazing can feel every little slip hats off to you codemasters.

think i will race more in the rain from now on. :D

down to 1:52.8 at moment. think maybe 1:52 with perfect lap but cant see me going no faster.
 
It's the best wet weather they've done but I'm still not a big fan of It. The braking distances don't really change that much from the dry which is clearly wrong.

Getting on the power is trickier than previous games though which is a positive step in the right direction but ultimately it's still feels like a bit of a canned experience, but so does wet weather in every game/sim. It's near impossible to simulate it accurately. Visually it's great though and probably as real as it needs to be given the target audience. Just wish they'd sort out the brake distances.
 
Just had a go in the wet and don't really enjoy it at all. Think I might stick to the dry, don't get to play that much so doing a mode I don't find enjoyable doesn't really make sense.

Hats off to the early leader freon, that seems like a cracking lap time from the short blast I just had
 
I did it, i finally went above dg!

guys sorry am i daft how can i join this :)

obviously have the game etc. just back into sim racing and the game is so much better than when i last played one in 2010
 
Join the OCUK F1 group on steam and add Youngblood on steam as he has everyone on his friends list to compile a list of the times. :)
