We're going to start seeing the Australia packages this week. I think McLaren are definitely sending theirs.

It should be a good week for tech updates and starting to get the engines at their peak. They need to start running them there as they need to find out how they wear and if they'll even work at 15'000 RPM. May have a few failures too. :D

I doubt the rev limit will cause issues - the core engine it the bit they know about best. I doubt we'll see many through the season either. More likely we'll have "electrical issues" or a turbo failure. I don't think anyone had an outright engine failure so far, even those cars overheating. We've had a few overheating issues (some leading to fires under the cover), but I don't think we've had large chunks of metal ending up where they shouldn't be.

Are we likely to see nose changes at the test now that teams have had a chance to see the other designs?

Highly unlikely to anything more than minor tweaks. I don't think there's any outlandish designs (only Renault, and apparently Toro Rosso (so presumably others too) had considered that anyway.

More to the point, if any team saw a design and clicked their fingers and said "bah, why didn't we think of that?", it would be too early to make changes, as you'd normally have to make tweaks to a lot of the car behind the nose. There is no one nose better than another, just a nose that works best for your car.
