I can't believe anyone thinks that all Leeds are is a one man team, just getting the ball to Beckford and letting him do his stuff.

Beckford isn't a footballer, he's just got a finish on him. He's quick, and makes the right runs, but the team around him needs to provide him with good service else you'll get nothing (or at least very little) from him.

Every so often he'll do something amazing and unexpected, but more often than not it is him latching on to a pass or cross and dispatching it. Not him making something out of nothing.

He's really put us up **** creek tbh, he's only just come back from a lengthy lay off and now he goes and gets himself done for 3 more :mad:

We're back to a patched up defence against Le Arse then :(
 
Nice fair consistent F.A. again. Ferdinand was an absolute **** for doing it, but the F.A. yet again show how hypocritical they are are with regards to how they use video evidence and referee's reports. Look at Benayoun last season aginst Chelsea, right in front of the linesman, nothing. Mascherano elbowing somebody during the Leeds game, on video... nothing done. Ferdinand.... charged within a few days of the match. Don't get me wrong he fully deserves any ban he has heading his way for being a bloody idiot, it's just funny how the F.A. change how they see things when it's with certain teams or players.

What an utterly stupid thing to say, that's based on what exactly? He's been injured since the beginning of November and he's hardly put a run of games together before that due to injury as well

Given all of Sol Campbell's stunts over the past 6 months or so it could be said he's not interested in football anymore either :rolleyes:

Edit - Did anybody see the movie he brought out? Danny Dyer, Rio Ferdinand, Ashley Cole and 50 Cent, with all of those artistic gems on board I can't wait
 
They had no choice but to charge Ferdinand after they charged Huth for exactly the same offence.
